Items in the house are valuable to me, can you deliver them to my house?

Yes we offer a nationwide delivery service for any items that you want to keep. Items will be careully packaged and delivered to you direct to your home. We can also arrange delivery overseas to Europe.

 

I need to clear a house in Gloucestershire that belonged to a relative . How much will this cost?

One of the most common questions we get asked is how much will it cost? Although we would love to be able to supply a stock answer for this we tailor every price to the clients requirements so it can vary depending on what needs to be cleared and how long the clearance will take.

Our shed clearance services can inculude the removal and recylcle of your shed. We will make sure the garden is left clear and tidy after the removal.

 

We don't live local to Gloucester but need a house cleared, can you collect keys for a neighbour or estate agent?

Yes we are more than happy to collect your keys from a local location that suits you. We often collect house and busines keys from friends, relatives, estate agents and solicitors in Gloucestershire. We are also happy for you to post them to us.

 

Do you donate to charity?

Yes we support many local and national charities. If items that are removed can be sold on by a charity we donate them for their good causes. If you have a charity that you would like the items dontated to then please let us know and we will do our best to donate the items for you.

 

We want to remove items of value ourselves leaving just the unwanted tems for you to clear, is this ok?

We are more than happy to undertake partial house clearance works. Our quotation will reflect the works required. We can do as much or as little as you like.

 

Are you insured?

Yes we are insured fully and work with many organisations locally to undertake business and home removals. Our team works with exceptional care and diligence however accidents can happen but any damages to property will be covered by our insurance.

 

Can you send a photo of house clearance works undertaken?

We are more than happy to take photos of the rooms prior to clearance and after when we have completed the house clearance works. We can then email you the photos of the house clearance for your records.

 

What happens to items you remove?

We do not like to put items we remove into landfill so we do our best to recycle and donate items to charity. All items are disposed of correctly and we do not fly tip.
